I’m Rowan’s proud aunt and the Race Director for Heart & Sole. Organizing this race is one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever had the privilege to do. While we miss Rowan every single day, it brings me so much joy to honor her life by creating an event that brings our community together with purpose.
My hope is that Heart & Sole not only keeps Rowan’s memory alive, but also raises awareness for congenital heart defects, supports families walking a similar journey, and reminds people just how precious every heartbeat is. Thank you for being part of this mission and helping us turn love, remembrance, and hope into something that can make a lasting difference.

I’m Rowan’s mom and the Family & Community Relations lead for Heart & Sole. Rowan’s life was far too short, but the love she brought into our family continues to shape everything we do. While we will always carry the heartbreak of losing her, we also carry an incredible love and gratitude for the little girl who made such a lasting impact on our family. Creating this race in her honor is one of the most meaningful ways we can keep her memory alive and share her story with our community.
My hope is that Heart & Sole becomes more than just a race—it’s a place where families come together, where those affected by congenital heart defects feel seen and supported, and where we can celebrate the incredible gift of every heartbeat. It means so much to see Rowan’s story bring people together and turn our love for her into something that can help others.

I’m Rowan’s aunt and the Social Media Coordinator for the race. I’m grateful to be apart of an event with such deep meaning for my family and others who need this community the most. There is nothing I love more than bringing people together and spreading the word about love, community, and compassion; something I’m incredibly honored to do in Rowan’s name.
As the Social Media Coordinator I am responsible for publishing all public content and generating ideas! I help part-time and am always looking for new collabs and ideas, reach out if you want to be a part of Heart & Sole!
